Hi Mukta,

Brats n Cuties used to very good  play school when it started.

But when I was looking for preschool for my sister's son 3 yrs back as she  was new to dwarka and had shifted from Bangalore.So I helped her and we visited many play schools together.

She took admission for her son in Brats n Cuties 

The feedback I got from her was not satisfactory

1 It has become totally commercial and leave no chance to exact money from parents pockets citing different expenditure and keep organizing events and ask parents to pay in addition to monthly fees.

2 They are are hiring incompetent staff , so that  can save money on salaries. ( which was not the case earlier)

3 They are following franchise model and the owner who used to give attention earlier to dwarka branch is now focusing on opening new franchisee and lower staff looks after the school.
