My ward got selected in Gyanshree School :)

The process is pretty smooth.
Seems like they are calling only four kids a day. They begin with a presentation about school, explaining most of the things which are already available on the website. It's a detailed presentation which answered almost every query we had about the school and its facilities.

In the meantime, they take the kid for interaction. They allow one parent in case the kid is not comfortable.
They gently asked about animals and general items while walking through the corridor. Next, they took her to a classroom where she was asked some general questions (Name and all). Next, she was asked to recite a rhyme. My daughter first said "No" but later sang one while walking in the corridor. They also asked her to color an already drawn picture.

After this, the parents had a 1-1 interaction with the Principal. They took us all for a detailed tour of the school, highlighting all the facilities. Results were announced on the same day.

The complete process took ~3hrs.

Yes, I am talking about this year's process (Nursery admission 2023-2024).
It's not a competitive exam and IMO schools should grant admission if the kid can speak, has the ability to learn, and parents can pay the fees on time. So personally, I don't see any issue in confirming the admission on the same day.

I know some parents who shifted from Gyanshree to other school like Shiv nadar, TSMS ,Dps 132  as they were not happy with the school
