Candidates selected in the First list are required to complete the admission
related formalities, which include verification of documents and payment of fee
through Pay order in favour of ‘Birla Vidya Niketan’
Date - From Saturday 21st January 2023 to Tuesday 24th January 2023 ONLY
21st January 2023 Time: - 09:00 am to 12:30 am
23rd January 2023 Time: - 09:00 am to 11:00 am
24th January 2023 Time: - 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm
Note: -Admission not taken during the above mentioned schedule will automatically
stand cancelled.
Self Attested Documents (by both parents) to be submitted.
1. Duly signed Online Registration form for Nursery.
2. Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate of the child.
3. Photocopy of Proof of Residence (Ration card/ Passport/ Election ID/Telephone Bill/Electricity
Bill/Aadhar Card Only)
4. Fitness Certificate
5. One passport size family photograph comprising of mother, father, the selected child
and his/ her real brother and sister (if any).
6. Passport size photograph of the selected child.
7. Both parents I-Cards (Election Card/Aadhar Card). Particulars should match details filled in
the registration and admission forms.
8. A photocopy of the Report Card for the Academic Session 2021-2022 or fee receipt of
January 2023, issued by the school in case of sibling.
9. A photocopy of Passing Certificate of AISSCE (class XII) issued by CBSE with Scholar No. in
case of Alumni
10. Cancelled copy of cheque (child/parent)

Provisional Fee (April to June)
Without Transport :- Rs. 35000/-
With Transport : - Rs. 41000/- (Transport charges for April and May)
Original documents for verification.
