Age Criteria:

Children born between 1st October, 2007 and 30th September, 2008.

Form Collection:

Registration forms can be downloaded from the school website www.stthomasind.com from 14th September to 25th September, 2011. It will not be sold from the school.

Form Submission:

Duly filled Registration Forms and relevant documents are to be attached and submitted at the Registration counter from 26th September to 1st October, 2011. (Timings: 08:30 am – 12:30 pm.)

Form Fee:

Rs.100/- by Cash at time of submission of Registration Form at school.

 

Documents Required with Form:

Attested copy (by a gazetted officer) of the Birth Certificate from Corporation/Municipality/Panchayat.

Residence proof. (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/Telephone Bill etc.)

Documents Required at Interaction:
1. Medical Fitness Certificate of the candidate.
2. Family photograph (combined one).
3. Originals of all the documents will be verified at the time of interaction.

Shortlist alongwith dates of interaction:

at the school notice board on 08th October, 2011 at 10 am.

Appejay forms In faridabad- forms will be given only after showing the birth certificate of the child so don't forget to carry it last

Can anyone tell if any child interviews be conducted in Apeejay, Noida for Nursery Admissions this year or not?

Hi Sandeep,

Child interaction may be possible this year too as was followed last year.

First forms have to be filled and then after shortlisting, parents can be called alongwith child for interaction.

Pls clearify at the school admission office while you go their for obtaining admission forms.

Pls note that Apeejay's website specifies following guidelines:

(ADMISSION TO NURSERY
1.Advertisement for the registration to Nursery is published in the leading newspapers like Hindustan Times, Times Of India, in the month of September.
2.Eligibility: Age should be between three and four years as on March 31 of the academic session in which the child seeks admission to class nursery.
3.The candidates along with their parents are called for a school visit to interact with the teachers.
4.Short listed candidates are forwarded to the admission committee. The committee comprises of Principal, Vice-Principal, Incharge Pre-Primary.)

Admission to LKG Starts on 14 September

Admission to LKG for the current accademic year starts on 14 September. Admission forms will be issued on 14 & 15 September. Registration of the forms will be conducted on 15 & 16 September. Office timings for issuing of the form and registration will be from 8.30am to 2.30 pm. Parents can apply online also. Online Registration will start on 14 September.

On 17 & 19 interaction with the candidates will be held. on 24 September results will be announced and on 26, 27 & 28 interaction with the parents will be held.

Admission process will be comleted by 30 of this month.
