@ ekta  please find below single child affdavit

 

ON RS 10 STAMP PAPER

I, (FATHER /MOTHER NAME) SON/DAUGHTER OF ( ) R/O (UR RESIDENCE ADDRESS) do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. That i am the Father/Mother of the applicant ( name of child) who is applying for admission in pre school (nursery) academic session -2012-13.

2. That (name of child) is single born child and I have no other childern.
3. I have read and understood the contents of this affadavit which has been drafted by me/under my instructions and I say that the contents therefore are true and correct to my knowledge.

Verified at New Delhi on this _________day of Dec 2011 that the contents of this affadavit of aforegoing are true and correct to my knowledge that no part of it is false and nothing material has been concealed therefrom.

hi, my daughter will turn 4 in January 2012. She is born in Jan 2008. For the academic year 2012-2013, what class will she apply for? Nursery or KG?

She would be eligible for KG  4 yrs on 31mar 2012 but some schools didn't have  upper cut cut off (till last year) so if same things happens you can apply in nursery in those schools

hello sakshi,

 it is really commendable as Mr. Summet has written a book on nursery admissions, can you tell me where do we get this book from and does it really helps as pattern of admissions keep on changing every year.

secondly can you guide me there are so many schools so how do we get in touch with individual schools seperately for admission forms ( when they are out)

which schools have the facility for online for submission and what are the sites for that.

it would be really helpful if i get to know about these details

@Dr Vishakha ,The book was sold out ,as point system is changing from last year specially after RTE implementation 70-80 % is relevant (common) that why  he did not go for reprint but ebook version is ready with us .

You need not go any where you can fill all on line forms /download all forms from our site (we will send you mailers/updates/post links) as you must have seen point system of 130 schools above,you will get all info but only thing you have to do is go and collect manual forms and submit yourself (in few schools only )

Try to put her in KG if she knows to read and write A-Z, write 1 to 10 , oral 1 to 50 and some pattern writing and colouring. Don't waste a year. 4+ is the right age for KG or pre-primary.

Hi Sakshi,Can U plz update the affidavit Single parents re required to submit??If any one is not legally separated from her spouse, has no legal documents,would she be considered as single parent by submission of affidavit?Please help me as I am going through this phase.
