This is utter nonsense. Why can't they take decision and move on with it. they should give time to parents also to think and plan. Admissions involve time, effort and money.

They had time to really think and formulate new policies. They may end up making decision in haste.

 

My gut feeling is they might go with status-quo.

As expected, its getting postponed. This will only increase parent's apprehensions and anxiety. The decision wasn't that difficult that it could not be completed within the stipulated time frame.

What will happen between today and 14th Dec which will help HC to take a decision? Is there any information whether HC has asked for any additional information from Delhi Govt. which will help them to reach to a conclusion by 14th Dec?

How will this impact the timing of the admission process itself? Since we now have a common admission process and timing in Delhi, Delhi Govt. Education ministry needs to come out with a formal communication.

Sumit Ji - What would be the status of guidelines - any news if the Govt would issue guidelines before that - Should not do that otherwise it would mount to confusion as you can see so many parents are concerned on just hearing this news
