but mount carmel, anand niketan school requires 3 years as on 30.01.2011. then we can't fill the form of mount carmel school. my daughter's DOB is 21th Oct'2008. Is she eligible for pre-school (nursery) or pre-primary admission in 2012 - 2013 education year

Nursery but
but today"s verdict is 3yrs old are eligible for nursery for admission process on 2nd Jan onwards but court will decide on6th jan ..whether the 3 yrs will be promoted to kg(prep) by default or have to freshly apply in PREP (4 yrs)

Sumit Sir, Very good evening! I just would like to know, if 4+ will have to apply freshly for Prep, if the vedict which will come on 06th jan 2012. then when the parents will apply because few of the school comes with the admission process for nursery & KG on same date like 02 Jan to 15 Jan 2012. Whether school will again start the same procedure for KG as nursery. what is the surity that there will not be any partiallity for others who dont have admitted there ward in that school.

No then Nursery will not be part of formal schools if it goes against nursery

Does that mean that in case the admissions are done at the age of 3 then chances are that parents need to que up for the next year admissions at well and that too for the same class?
