Nur & Prep Classes : 2nd Jan- 14th Jan 2012 (8:30 a.m-11:30 a.m)

No admission is granted in Classes X and XII.

General Norms :
1. Both boys and girls are eligible for admission to Prep.
2. Children born between 1st April, 2007 and 31st March 2008 will be eligible for admission to class Prep for the session 2012-2013.
3. Our school is situated on the defence land and according to the lease agreement , 70% seats are reserved for the children of the Defence Personnel & children of the civilians residing in the cantonment area.
After considering the defence quota, this being a minority status school, Christians and Catholics of our Zone (list enclosed) will be given preference. Only if there are any seats vacant after considering these two essential categories, the alumni and siblings categories will be considered. There being no vacancies, after considering the above said categories, admission will not be opened for the General Category.
4 a. Total number of seats in pre-primary class : 135
i. Seats reserved for children of the defence
personnel and residents of the cantonment : 95 (85 seats at the time of admission
and 10 reserved for defense
personnel who come on transfer
later).
5. Registration Forms will be given according to the following schedule :

In case the officer is not able to collect the form
personally , it may be collected on his behalf with an Authorization Letter attesting the specimen signatures of the person collecting the form.

4th January, 2012 9a.m. to 12 noon Catholic & Christian students of the zone to be covered
by M.S.M. (Please carry the Parish Priest Letter)

Report card for Sibling Category Proof and Class 12

6. Photocopies of supporting documents have to be submitted along with the Registration Form. Original documents will have to be produced for verification purposes at the time & date given:
i. One passport size photograph of the child for all categories.
ii. Copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child from Municipal Corporation for
all categories.
iii. Copy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest in case of Christian
and Catholic candidates.
iv. Residential Proof : Voter’s I-Card and its photocopy of both parents.
v. Occupational Proof of both parents – letter from your employer.
In case of defense service, a letter from the office where you are serving, with
a mention of the designation of the competent authority signing the letter.
vi. Sibling Proof: Report Cards of the elder sibling studying in our school.
vii. Alumni - Class 12Certificate issued by school and proof of being a member of the Marian Association.
7. Parents will be intimated of dates to come with original documents and get their
documents verified, if necessary.
8. The first list of selected candidates along with wait list (if any) will be put up on the
notice board on 30th January, 2012.

Our school organizes various Inter School Championships for different Sports and Games such as Football, Tennis etc. We have been participating and winning many Inter School Championships organised outside the school. An hour in school, at least twice a week is devoted for sports and games for all round development of students.
Computer Aided Education
