hi can anybody tell me if child is born outside delhi and he has birth certificate from that place,is delhi mcd birth certificate is required,

@ Ritu ~ Birth Certificate are issued by Municipal Corporation of the city/town where the child is born......... So, for the child born outside Delhi, mcd cannot issue a birth certificate. The birth certificate is for verifying the age of the child. So,if u have a valid birth certificate of the child (issued by municipal corporation of the city where he/she is born), it is ok.

It is not mandatory to submit a birth certificate issued from Delhi only. Will serve the purpose no matter from where it is issued.

Can anybody provide the list of those school where only Online Forms will be accepted and a Final common affidavit for First Girl Child.

DPS Mathura Road will have online registration, but the hard copy needs to be submitted with photocopies of documents as applicable to you.

* This affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public.
