Nursery/kg/1st |COMMON ADMISSION THREAD FOR SCHOOLS DECLARING ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR DELHI SCHOOLS FOR YEAR 2012-2013

Parents are requested to not put generic queries but contribute with admission details if they are aware of any school.This would help parent community only and not break the continuity.

AS WE ARE DOING THIS FROM LAST 3-4 YRS WE WOULD BE FOLLOWING THE MAIN TREND, THE ADMISSIONS INFORMATION WOULD ALSO BE AVAILABLE ON THE DELHI ADMISSION OPEN GROUP ALSO, AS SOME TIMES PARENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THIS THREAD

Why is the name of the school required on the affidavit? In fact even point #2 for that matter?
Point #1 will ensure I may not be able to re-use my affidavits across schools.

Dear Maharam ji, do we need to produce original affidavit
to each school we apply or xerox copy of affidavit will suffice.
As per the above format the affidavit need to made agaun for each
school(point no 1).
Earlier u have given a different format.for the same affidavit.
can refer any one of the two.
Pls clarify.

THOUGH IT IS A SCHOOL SPECIFIC, YET ONE SHOULD MAKE ONLY ONE AFFIDAVIT WITHOUT NAME OF THE SCHOOL. BUT SHOULD HAVE D.O.B AND NAME OF THE CHILD. IN CASE ONE MAKES SEPARATE AFFIDAVIT FOR EACH SCHOOL HE CAN SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL OTHERWISE JUST PHOTOCOPY WILL DO.

Sir are you VERY sure photocopies of the affidavit would do? I mean the notary will sign in ink, so it will be easy to make out if its a copy.
I'm not aware hence double checking with you. Everywhere they mention addidavit, nothing like attested copies etc of it.

YES, PHOTO COPY WILL DO. YOU WILL HARDLY FIND ANY SCHOOL ASKING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL. BUT IF A SCHOOL ASKS ORIGINAL, THEN REQUIRED. IN GENERAL NOT REQD.

My daughter has turned 3 on 5th December 2011. Want to know if agewise she fulfills the criteria for nursery admissions.

Also let me know which all schools (South Delhi) have rolled out their admission schedule for next academic session.

for medical certificate aretheir any specific points that are needed to be included? some1 told that we even need urine and stool examination reports of th kid?!!!! pl guide

Dear Shipraji

For child with special needs you will have to get certificate from MS of a Delhi Government hospital

Otherwise for simple Medical Certificate any MBBS Doctor can issue in required format of school on his/her letterhead
