नई दिल्ली। शिक्षा निदेशालय की लाख कोशिशों के बाद भी राजधानी के पब्लिक स्कूल नियमों का उल्लंघन करने से बाज नहीं आ रहे हैं। दो जनवरी, 2012 से दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की घोषणा के बावजूद न सिर्फ स्कूल धड़ल्ले से दाखिला फॉर्म बेच रहे हैं, बल्कि इसके लिए कथित तौर पर 500 रुपए तक वसूल रहे हैं। इतना ही नहीं, अभिभावकों की आमदनी पूछने पर शिक्षा निदेशालय की पाबंदी को भी स्कूल मानने को तैयार नहीं हैं।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया पर स्कूलों के इस रवैये पर एक अभिभावक ने बताया कि पश्चिम विहार स्थित दून पब्लिक स्कूल में जब वह दाखिले की जानकारी के लिए पहुंचे तो उन्हें पता चला कि आवेदन फॉर्म 500 रुपये कीमत पर उपलब्ध है। हालांकि, आवेदन फॉर्म पर कहीं भी स्कूल का नाम नहीं है और उस पर अभिनव शिक्षा संस्थान छपा है, लेकिन पता, ई-मेल व वेबसाइट दून पब्लिक स्कूल की ही है। उनका कहना था कि चूंकि उन्हें अपने बच्चे का दाखिला इस स्कूल में कराना है, इसलिए निदेशालय के फरमान के बावजूद 25 रुपए के बजाए उन्होंने 500 रुपए का फॉर्म खरीदा।
इसी तरह, एक अन्य अभिभावक ने जनकपुरी स्थित सेंट मार्क्स स्कू ल की ज्यादतियों के बारे में बताया कि यहां तो आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 28 दिसम्बर निर्धारित थी। यहां निदेशालय के आदेशों से परे न सिर्फ अभिभावकों का पेशा पूछा जा रहा है, बल्कि उनकी शिक्षा सम्बंधी जानकारी भी मांगी जा रही है।
एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के प्रमुख सुमित वोहरा कहते हैं कि निदेशालय के आदेशों के विरुद्ध स्कूलों का यह रवैया नया नहीं है। साल दर साल राजधानी के कुछ स्कूल ऐसे ही दाखिले अंजाम देते आ रहे हैं।ऐसे में अब जरूरी हो जाता है कि शिक्षा निदेशालय ऐसे स्कूलों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करे। वह कहते हैं कि अभिभावक इसलिए खुलकर सामने नहीं आते हैं, क्योंकि वे अपने बच्चों का दाखिल इन स्कूलों में कराना चाहते हैं। इसके चलते अब निदेशालय को ही मामले की पड़ताल कर कार्रवाई अंजाम देनी होगी, तभी दाखिला प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी और नियमों के तहत अंजाम दी जा सकेगी।p>

year after year....DOE not able to control this...
they fixed the price of form at Rs. 25/=, but schools are smarter to sell it upto Rs. 500/= alongwith prospectus/CD etc.

Shival .. the schools have been directed to sell the admissions form for Rs 25. There's no mention on charge of prospectus. This is where schools make a killing. They "pin" the 25 rupee form to the prospectus. Obviously, you can't get the form only - you will have to buy the Prospectus as well. Last year, I also noticed that some schools reluctantly gave away the forms sans Prospectus to parents who raised their voices. They also put a star against names of such parents - how many starred parents made it through finally .. your guess is as good as mine :)!

DOE is not able to do this because, All these schools belongs to high profile people (minister and their relatives, friends). This way they making coruption with support of this so called gentle, to be respected netas.

If anyone wants to take up the issue of admission forms costing more than Rs 25, they should approach NCAER in ISBT (Kashmiri Gate) and file a written complaint. The schools are bound to pay you back the difference. Alternately, you can also point out to the school authorities at the venue, on the actual cost of forms. They are bound to provide you their admissions form at the prescribed rate.
However, I would personally advice you against doing this in schools you are looking to procure admissions (for obvious reasons)
