Proof of Transfer Certificate (if required).
Proof of Sibling (if applicable) – a fee receipt of previous year.
Authenticated documents for proof of EWS (if applicable).

Is it true that we can fill form of only one branch of every school? For instance, I can fill only for either RSJ Modern school or modern school, vasant vihar? N this is the case with other schools like DPS, bal bharti, springdales et al.

@supriya: There is no such rule! All branches carry out admissions irrespective of their branches - since the principals are all different .. even if the overall Management may be the same
