i wnt 2 tell smthng not related to the age issue....Queen marry school,rohini,is asking for an affidavit by class-1 magistrate as a proof for first girl child.....is it justified?i mean to get it is nt an easy task and to make it easy u hv to bribe......is a normal affidavit not enough,provided class-1 affdvt can be gvn at the time of addmission?

What a shame. Each day's delay is benefiting the schools. I would not be surprised if the HC decides one way and the losing side (The Concerned NGO or the Schools) approach the Supreme Court and obtain a stay, which means the issue keeps hanging for an indefinite period. Desperate to see this ordeal end.
Why cant the HC list the matter in the morning itself. Media is underplaying it coz there is no tamasha or sensationalism attached to it.

BASICALLY THE SCHOOL LOBBY IS TRYING TO DELAY THE JUDGEMENT BECAUSE THEY WON'T LIKE TO WASTE ONE FULL YEAR. BUT WHAT MATTERS ALL THE MORE IS WHETHER THE CHILD WOULD BE PROMOTED TO KINDERGARTEN AUTOMATICALLY OR WOULD WE BE SEEING OURSELVES RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST NEXT YEAR AS WELL.ALSO THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT EVERYONE WILL HAVE HIS SHARE IN THE LION'S PREY.
