@Sakshi...Any specific date given for verdict? Any update how argument went, in favour and against 4+ age criteria?

Dear Manu
It depends on judge how many days they want to take to study before final verdict but not much time i think ..details Mr Khagesh will give in the evening.

This is our system on one end there are thousands of parents already keeping their fingers crossed whether their ward would get through to some school or not and on other end this HIGH COURT sword is hanging on their heads can any body tell me what if my kid gets through for NURSERY and HIGH COURT says it should be 4+ kids who would be admitted

sakshi..what does it mean? the parents are still in dilemma...should we proceed with admissions...bcoz it should not be the case where in we are submitting the fees and we get the news that nursery to kg will be fresh admission and new forms will be filled and again following the same painful process

what's your thought on this??

Let's hope that the best come out in judgment for better sake of the parents & kids..

I hope it comes in favor of parents.

I hope court gives verdict in next few days, whatever it be. since Schools have started taking tens of thousands of rupees from parents (some as donation, others as admission fee etc).

wow this is just great they have now taken ganguly commitee reports under considersation as well as what should be the child age for nursery 3+ or 4+ ? and the decision let me see pending till my grand-daughter or grandson is up for nursery admission.
