• Children born between 01‐April‐2007 and 31‐March‐2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible for
registration to Pre‐Primary class.
• Transport facility is not available for the students of Pre‐Primary.
• Any incorrect information will result in the cancellation of the admission at any time, even after
commencement of the session.
• Dates of Registration: 18‐Jan‐2012 to 21‐Jan‐2012.
Criteria for Admission :
1. Neighbourhood (40 Points)
A list of all localities in the catchment area of the school with points for each locality is attached.
Required Documents: Ration Card / Passport / Voter ID / Property Tax / Latest Electricity Bill or
MTNL Bill
2. Sibling (30 Points)
The points will be awarded to the applicant only if his/her own brother/sister is studying in
The Mother’s International School.
Required Documents: Photocopy of Fee Receipt
3. Alumni (30 Points)
If one of the parents studied in The Mother’s International School and
• Passed Class X and XII both from the MIS ‐ 30 Points
• Passed only Class X from the MIS ‐ 15 Points
• Passed only Class XII from the MIS ‐ 15 Points
Required Documents:
Photocopy of AISSE (Class X) and AISSCE (Class XII) Pass Certificate or Mark Sheet
How to Apply
1. For candidates applying under General category
a. Forms to be filled online on our website www.themis.in
b. On successful submission of form, a Registration Number (eg., PP/12/….) will be generated.
If the Registration Number is not generated, please try again.
c. The filled‐in form is to be printed onto an A4 size paper.
d. Recent stamp size photographs of the child and of both the parents to be affixed.
e. Self‐attested photocopies of child’s Birth Certificate, Residence Proof and other required
documents to be attached to the form.
f. The form to be signed by both the parents.
g. The completed form with required documents and a Registration Fee of Rs. 25/‐ in cash to
be submitted to the school office between 18‐Jan‐2012 and 21‐Jan‐2012 on any working
day (8.30 AM to 11.30 AM). School office remains closed on Second Saturdays and all
Sundays. The Acknowledgement Slip will be issued by the school office.
2. For candidates applying under Free Seats category belonging to (i) Economically Weaker Section
& (ii) Disadvantaged Group in the neighbourhood
• The form is to be collected from the school office.
• The form to be filled neatly, recent stamp size photograph of the child and of both the
parents to be affixed and submitted with required documents to the school office on any
working day between 18‐Jan‐2012 and 21‐Jan‐2012 (8.30 AM to 11.30 AM). School office
remains closed on Second Saturdays and all Sundays. The Acknowledgement Slip will be
issued by the school office.
• No Registration Fee will be charged.
• No Points will be awarded to the students of this category. Selection will be made through
draw of lots in the presence of the parents / guardians of the candidates. Information
regarding date, time and venue of draw of lots will be intimated well in advance.
• Documents required for Economically Weaker Section :
i. Proof of residence of Delhi for the last 3 years.
ii. Annual Income Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the rank of
Tehsildar or BPL Ration Card (Yellow Coloured) or AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured).
• Documents required for Disadvantaged Group: Disabilities / Scheduled Castes / Scheduled
Tribes / Other Backward Classes (Not falling in the creamy layer) Certificate issued by the
Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other competent authority.
(In case of applicants with minimum special needs / disabilities, i.e., a child who can be
mainstreamed under inclusive education, a copy certifying the same from a medical officer
of a Government hospital is to be enclosed.)
Note : For admission under EWS / Disadvantaged group, one of the following documents is
mandatory.
i. Ration Card issued in the name of parents with the name of the child
ii. Domicile Certificate of the child or his/her parents
iii. Voter ID of any one of the parents
iv. Passport in the name of one of the parents
v. Recent electricity bill or MTNL telephone bill or water bill
• School reserves the right to verify the residential address of the applicants through home
visits.
Note:
• Incomplete forms or forms without the supporting documents will not be considered for
admission. No further communication will be entertained.
• Selection for General quota applicants will be based on Point System ONLY.
• In case of a tie, selection will be made through a draw of lots in the presence of the parents /
guardians of the eligible candidates. Date, time and venue of draw of lots will be intimated to
the parents well in advance through e‐mails given by the parents in the forms.
• List of selected candidates will be put up on the school web site on 10‐Feb‐2012 after 3 PM.
• Entry to the school is through Gate No. 3, Sri Aurobindo Marg.

Admissions 2012-13:First List for Nursery Admissions

Please note that since the EWS list for Nursery admissions needs to be put up on the same day as the General Category as per the Department of Education, the first list of applicants being offered admission under the General Category will now be put up on Saturday, 21st January 2012, at 9.00 am instead of Wednesday, 18th January 2012 as mentioned earlier

Any one got mail for verification from sardar patel.????

They say that they will send mail.........keep checking from today onwards.....
Last time my friend had very bad experience she did not receive mail and when checked on school notice borad her kids's verification was on the same day afternoon so she rushed from office with out any preparartion.......

Pls do let us know of the info as soon as someone gets it

It's an average school, have added +2 abt 3 years back itself. the campus is also not too big.
Basically its catering to its play school "Tiny Tots"

ASN Sr. Secondary East Delhi had draw today. Cut off was 65 point whereas 220 students share 65 point and among them they adopted lucky draw system, waiting list for 1st,2nd and 3rd having 25 each are also having 65 points. In wait list they are going to follow first come first serve basis.

My daughter was lucky to get her name in their first confirm list ;), List will be published on 21 Jan@9AM (Notice board)
