i agree....yesterday we were not present at the draw as school didn't put anything on website or told anything about the yellow registeration slips for the draw...we called & talked to principle ...r they considering only those kids for draw whose parents are present ...said yes but they didn;t informed ...principle told just lodge a complaint with school ..we will see...how irresponsible...this seems to be a stupid school ..who is not following DOE rules from day 1 registeration form with prospectus....& all...

Hi anjali,
Feeling really bad ever since I came to know about the Indian fiasco..
I was going through their website continuously, but nowhere they had mentioned about yellow slips and teh amndatory presence of parents.. so feeling really depressed. Had a word with the school, and they are telling to send teh amil..
is it another way of asking More money...???

ADMISSION PROCESS TO BE FOLLOWED
1) Parents can collect the Registration Form available at the reception from January 2,2012 to January 16, 2012 between 8:30 am and 3.00 pm.

2) The Registration Form can also be downloaded from the school website www.dipsrohini.in.The same is to be filled and deposited at the reception along with a payment of Rs 100/-. Kindly keep a copy of the form for your reference.

3) The admission is granted on the basis of Point System. Kindly refer to the same which is put up on the schools Notice Board and the website.

4) Kindly attach the attested photocopies of the following documents:

a. Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

b. Proof of residence address-Passport/lease deed/latest paid electricity, water or telephone bill/election card. In case of rental accommodation, the rent agreement.

c. Self certificate of parents with regard to girl child.

d. In case of sibling applicants, the school identity card / latest fee slip of the sibling studying in the school.

e. Proof of single parent, if applicable.

f. In case of applicant with the special needs a certificate of disability issued by competent authority.

g. For transfer cases- Proof of transfer to Delhi. Certificate / Transfer order and joining report stating date of transfer and joining.

h. Passport size photograph of child as well as parents.

i. Immunization chart of the child.

5) Original documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification.

6) The Registration Form can be submitted on any working day from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

7) The last date for submission for registration form is January 18, 2012 by 3:00 pm.

8) The First List of the short listed candidates on the basis of Point System will be put up on the school Notice Board and the website on February 1, 2012 at 10:00 am.
9) Parents will be given date and time to deposit the fee. If they fail to deposit it within two days of the given date without information, the seat will be offered to the next deserving candidate.

10) In case of further vacancy, the second list will be put up on February 8, 2012 at 10:00am.

11) After the admission is done, parents and their child will be called for Orientation Programme to be held on March 24, 2012 at 10.00 am where other necessary details will be provided.

12) The new session will begin from March 27,2012.

I have checked with Amrita Vidyakam Saket. They are calling only those parents where they are feeling a doubt or the documents are not OK. The final list out of all will be out on 1st Feb

BGS is very good in academics and good in extra curricular activites. Let this be your first option even though fee is high. Modern Convent is good with moderate fees and school started in year 2000.

Dwarka International is the A/C school of Modern Convent Group and picking up very well. Parents are satified and many activities are taking place in school campus.

But NK Bagrodia better than Modern Convent.

BGS International I can recommend. No use in waiting in BBPS since I'm sure nobody will turn down.
