Every one is talking about the minimum age but what about maximum age for Nursery? Do we have to conclude on our own that it is 4 years or it can be 4.5 or even 5 as well. Is there any thing well defined about maximum age as well, as some schools are considering 3.5 to 4.5 year old child for nursery and some are sticking to 3 to 4 years for Nursery. Pl. clarify.

According to RTE act Maximum age can't be fixed. But proper guidelines should be brought out for maximum age since schools can follow the same.

The way it is going seems more like the final agreement between big schools. And court rather than any justice for parents and students
