Parents are requested to not put generic queries but contribute with admission details if they are aware of any school.This would help parent community only and not break the continuity.

AS WE ARE DOING THIS FROM LAST 3-4 YRS WE WOULD BE FOLLOWING THE MAIN TREND, THE ADMISSIONS INFORMATION WOULD ALSO BE AVAILABLE ON THE DELHI ADMISSION OPEN GROUP ALSO, AS SOME TIMES PARENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THIS THREAD

@ Sandeep ~ I'm not in race for nursery, my kid is already in KG now. :-)
I remember 2 yrs back, manav bharti sent emails to applicants for attending interactions. Not sure what is the process they are following this year, keep checking you mailbox, can also contact school.

Do we have to be present in the DAV PP Draw which is gonna happen today in school premises at 11.00AM.

Going by what I have heard, yes it is. In fact the acknowledgement slip you present to the school will what go into the draw. People have also received couriered letters intimating the same.

Today and ive been told the cut-off of people that goes into the draw is 55. Basically anyone outside the first distance preference does not get into the draw.

Interesting development at the DAV draw. Earlier they were about to pick put either 8 boys and girls or 9. Now Ive been informed that they are picking 70 each. 50 for confirmed seats and 20 waiting list.

No. of candidates to be selected for admission through draw of lots…………06

NOTE :
1. Candidates listed at Serial No. 1 – 71 stand SELECTED for Admission on the basis of Score shown against each candidate.
2. 6 Candidates out of 612 candidates listed at S.No. 72 – 683 having a common score of 55 points will be selected through Draw of Lots for Admission against the remaining 6 seats.
3. Thereafter, 20 candidates out of the remaining 606 candidates will be selected through Draw of Lots for placing on WAITING LIST.

SCHEDULE FOR DRAW OF LOTS

Date : 30th January, 2012
Reporting Time : 9 am to 10.30 am
Draw Time : 11.00 am onwards
Venue : School Premises

ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AFTER 10.30 AM

Important Note:

1. Entry in the School premises will be allowed only on production of original Registration Slip.

2. Only one person will be allowed to attend the draw of lots against one Registration Slip.

3. Only those Candidates whose parents or their representatives are present during the Draw of Lots, will be Eligible for Selection.

4. Parents who are unable to attend the Draw of Lots may depute their representative who is required to carry the Original Registration Slip in order to gain entry in the School

5. The First List (Final) of candidates selected for admission and the waiting list will be displayed on the School Notice Board and School Website on 1st February, 2012 at 9 am.

6. S.No 1- 71 who stand selected are required to fill an Online Admission form. An SMS and an Email would be sent as soon as the Admission form is uploaded on the School Website. The remaining 6 candidates selected through draw of lots would also be informed accordingly
