Hi, My daughter's name is there in waiting lists of DLDAV ND Block Pitam Pura as well as Heritage Rohini and i am hoping that she will get through both (Fingers Crossed). Please guide if given an option out of two, which one should i opt for...Heritage as i have heard is better in infrastructure as well as co-curricular activities and DLDAV is better in academics...a difficult choice for me to make....kindly guide....

Actually it is a more difficult choice than many would like you to believe. Heritage is a progressive school with a great amount of stress on newer methods of learning. They make their teachers slog like anything and the result is an excellent teaching methodology for students. However, their results aren't anything to write home about. The only excuse you can offer is that the kids who have been with them since nursery are still in 5th, 6th around so jury is still out on how effective what they teach is going to be for higher classes.

Having said that, I'd still prefer Heritage for the sheer amount of attention they give to students.

Hi .... I had filled up 24 forms for my daughters admission .... Have not got any breakthrough in any school . Till now ... I just wanna know that wat r the chaances of getting a name in second lists . Does gyan bharti , saket come up with second list , as only 6 or 7 schools are left now , I don't have much of a choice left . Kindly please guide me about the second waiting lists , on wat conditions school come out wit the second lists ? how long can I wait for the second waiting lists to come out

Wait for tomorrow's list. And wait for schools for draw of lots for tie points. Last year very few schools came out with the 2nd list. At present most of the parents would have got selection for more than one school. But seats will remain vacant after the date of admission and schools may call directly to fill the vacant seat before the date of 2nd list. But let us hope for the best. Relax until then.

This matter was focused 3 days before itself. Even though it's a violation DOE officials never take action on this school. Even last year many problem rooted here but school were let free.  Just file a complaint here

Manish sir..list will be published tomorrow as per info given by the Birla Vidya Niketan..

First list on 1st Feb 2012 at 4pm at the school gate for Manav Bhar...
