Hi Ambika ji,

Pathways World School Aravali (Gurgaon-Sohna road) was the first school started in 1983. The other two Pathways schools started around 2010 are in Noida and Gurgaon (off Faridabad road). Pathways World School has been an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School since January 2003. It offers the IB Primary Years Programme and IB Diploma Programme of IB Geneva and also the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) of the University of Cambridge, England. The school has been ranked 7^th best International school in India by Education World survey 2011.The schools at Gurgaon and NOIDA offer day boarding and the Aravali school offers Day, Week and Term Boarding.

Students got admissions in many Indian universties, technical institutions and received scholarships and recommendations for Higher studies in many good foreign Universities.

International Baccalaureate® (IB):

The three programmes of IB (Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme & Diploma Programme) span from kindergarten to pre-university for students aged 3 to 19 yrs. There are 86 IB World Schools in India.

As per IB Organisation (IBO) Geneva; IB is unique in:-- high quality education with curriculum represents the best from many countries (3,323 IB World Schools in 141 countries), active training & support to teachers by IBO, international-mindedness with a second language learning from the start, students are encouraged to ask challenging questions, to reflect critically & to develop research skills.

Since 1983, IB has been recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as an entry qualification (equivalent to + 2 qualification of an Indian Board) to all universities in India.

Specifically following universities & institutes recognize and consider IB Diploma:-- University of Delhi, University of Mumbai, IITs, IISc, AIIMS, NID, Amity University, Manipal University, JNU, BITS Pilani, Narsee Monjee Mumbai etc.

IB grades are converted into the percentage formatas per table given by IBO (IBO also gives a certfiocate and migration letter which is valid across the World) and thus the students become eligible for any graduation or professional/technical course in India.(highest IB grade 7 is equivalent to 96-100%, 6 grade=83-95%, 5 grade=70-82% and so on)

IB is universally recognised and quite successful since last 35, and is sure to grow and be more acceptable in coming years, so you can be fully assured with its future.

hi...someone please advise...i stay n paschim vihar and my son got selected in BBPS, pusa road, maxfort and bhatnagar. I know BBPS is best of all three but distance is the only issue.....should i go for it?

go ahead with BBPS, see nursery as such there are no exams and u can take ample leaves as well once he crosses the tender age then distance will not be an issue as such

How is Gyan Bharati School. How is it compared to Amity Saket( though results are not out as yet for Amity)?
