hello mr vohra

u and your team have done a tremendous job in keeping every parent updated through ur website and forum

i have filled up forms in 26 schools of south east delhi and south west delhi , as i stay in shivalik malviya nagar . i included A grade schools e.g dps(east of kailash and vasant vihar),modern , mothers intl. , amity , birla vidya niketan and also schools like manav bharti , apeejay (saket and sheikh serai), gyan bharti , ryan , tagore , indian , summer fieilds , kalka , pinnacle etc .

my daughter s name is not even in a single waiting list of any school . my daughter is first born , i dont have sibling points and also alumini points as my school was g h p s punjabi bagh which was very far from our place . thus neighbourhood points were out of question .

i had high hopes with laxman , mothers intl . , gyan bharti , apeejay saket , amity and birla vidya niketan as i had good neighbour hood points .

i myself am educated enough and have given my child the best possible atmosphere at home for her future .

i have no idea what has gone wrong for my child , kindly guide me wat next ?

Suggestions like go for NCR schools is like fallback option .It will give the boost to Schools in Delhi that no one can touch them, they are free to do what they want.

If Govt. can cancel the 122 teclecom licences allotted by Raja, why Govt can't do a reprocess of addimission, with a uniform criterion across schools in Delhi..

We need a radical change......." Chalo Sansad"... atleast one day we all can unite for the betterment of future of our kids our nation...

Yes thanks.. have seen that...But I doubt will this only will help us to wake the Delhi Govt.. which is at sleep..declearing "Aall is well" by just looking at the luxary of there close buddys . Every bureaucrat and politician have there kids and grandkids admitted in best schools in Delhi...why this point system doesent affect them??.

I have been hearing this Nursery admission crises for last 4-5 years....truely felt the heat this time...whole delhi system needs a transformation....15 consecutive years rule on Delhi by same politicians did the same to system as Gaddafi did to Libiya....

right said sandeep but we the General Indian People do not unite and raise our voice.... the first point was sale of forms for schools..... the government had said these should be sold @Rs 25 but most of schools were selling these from 200-500 odd Rupees and we all were purchasing them... i personally refused nine schools to buy the form for more than 25, and got from 4 @ rs25 and 3 @50 but two schools(one Being Vikas Bharti school in Rohini) did not budge and i did a file a complaint on govt portal for those but there was no action.....

our government sleeps and we the people let it sleep..... this issue is not smaller than that of general corruption raised by Anna at Jantar Mantar.... but with how many of the parents will actually stand up against the school's armtwisting tactics

I have filed around 25-30 complaints at DOE web portal against the schools who are not following the DOE guidelines. I know, no action will be taken... We did protest in front of DOE office last year, met with its Director but nothing happened as he said "you people came late as the first list had come out" NOW THIS YEAR, he has been transferred and a new director is sitting in DOE office. If we'll go to him, he'll say.. I am sorry I was not aware of the facts and I'll take action next year. We INDIANS are so helpless........ IF something has been a bit changed that is just because of Mr Sumit Vohra, who comes in front of Media speaks openly against EDUCATION MINISTER and Principles of schools.

I have applied 5 school in my neighborhood Darya Ganj area but couldn't get any seat.I am really vern tense,I couldn't get any seat in my neighborhood .Plz suggest what should I do now.
