@ Puneet: Given a choice, your order of preference should be:

BBPS Rohini > DAV Pushpanjali > Heritage

BB and DAV are old conventional schools with excellent faculty and structured learning in place. Heritage is a relatively new school with comparatively higher fees. They use a very different learning methodology - which may or may not be appreciated by general parents. It is still very debatable whether or not things like sitting in a circle, learning alphabets out of order (b and d can be confusing; o is difficult to write etc) actually offer advantage to children in terms of their learning! Heritage is one of the oldest among the modern schools - hence the implicit first mover advantage. Their students have been appearing for Board exams for quite some time now and the children I have seen are better in communication on an average wrt the conventional schools!

Points in favor 

1) Multiple branches, hence a brand

2) Older school among the conventional ones

3) A lot of stress on experiential activity based learning 

4) Teachers are made to work really hard 

Points against

1) Average results and this is where it pales completely in comparison. In fact these new progressive schools are yet to prove themselves in terms of academics. 

2) Being student-centric, students get more favors than teachers which leads to discipline issues.

Which one is better ?

Kulachi Hansraj, Ashok Vihar (Selected) or Goodley Public School, Shalimar Bagh (Waitlisted) ?

Distance from home is 2km & 4 km respectively...

dear an.com team/parents.. 

my ward has been selected in gyan bharati for which I have submitted fees as well. If given a chance which is a better school - 

DPS RK PURAM( which would be DPS EOK)

or Gyan Bharati School

@Rashmi: Go for Kulachi. They have some of the best teachers in higher secondary - from whom I've personally benefited during my student days
