Yes, I have checked with Sec-46 school staff and they confirmed that online admission are started.

I also checked their site and yes we can fill the online form now.

Which link you have tried, as i used the below link and i can fill the form for session 2013-2014:-

Or you can use this link - http://mris.edu.in/pages/online_admission.aspx

When you click on this link it will say that the admission for 2012-2013 has already been stopped and if you hit "OK" it will take you to actual online form. Please cross check with attached image.

Upasana ,Join fee structure group as fees of 18 schools with break and including M.R  is there (also in gurgaon group)

The admission chargeswith first quater fee is 96000

Jalpa,Many school like idiscovery/intellitos /amiown/MMI/amiown so depends which suits you. leave ur query in gurgaon group.
