@Swati still lot of time ..no it wont work ( if he paid for it) courier take single day .ask your counsin to courier and fill d original form only .

There are two different forms for GIIS which once should we fill, Here are the two different URL's:

The second forms asks for lot more information than the first one.

You can leave same message in GIIS group which is managed by school management..You will get prompt reply ( i m not sure today being 15th aug ) National Holiday (i don't want any form to be rejected)
