i got my kiddo in shiv nadar 2012-2013 session....must say the staff ,the approach  nd fun based learning sys is good and m a real happy and satisfied parent.....

as far as suncity is concerened i am not too hopeful nd lotus valley we too tried dere but the principal was a real rude one for which i really baacked out only having shyama chona as de mentor cant run de school.....

so u can think of shiv nadar school.....

My daughter is going to Lotus Valley and we are extremely satisfied with the school and teachers.

Teachers are very caring and most importantly our daughter is really enjoying the school. Most of the parents, including us, were little apprehensive about the academics of Lotus valley. But trust me the nursery curriculum is as good as a normal basic schools like Amity, DPS etc.

We were particularly impressed with the way teacher gave feedback of our daughter during the first PTM. Smallest of details were captured by the teacher and she had everything written in her diary. This clearly shows how much attention child gets in class.

I would personally recommend lotus valley over Shiv Nadar as the current infrastructure of Lotus valley is better than Shiv Nadar.

How about fee structure of Lotus valley?

Lotus Valley:

One time 46000 (23000 refundable). Annual 14000 every year.

Monthly fees 7800 for nursery. 8000 from 1st onwards, 8200 from Vth onwards (Excluding transport).

I just got my son's seat secured at lotus valley.

total amount payable is 83,000 without bus or 90,000 with bus sevice. out of this the school will keep 23,000 in case u withdraw your child's name from the school and give you the rest amount back. (that is before or till 31st jan. 2013) after that they will cut some portion from the quterly payment which has already been made in the earlier one time payment and they would give the rest back. So in this they have charged us for the first quarter. (fee and the bus transport.)

Hi Amit,

  We are thinking about putting my daughter in Lotus Valley. Thanks for sharing ur experience.. Now I feel better. Since the school is new, i didn't read much about the school anywhere online. We are living in US and moving to Gurgaon in Oct. How about from Grade I in Lotus Valley? How about the curriculum and standards??

well i have no issues with lotus valley....but whatever is de need of the hour i.e theme based learning and enjoying school at dis age i really m impressed wid shiv nadar....dey i think are unlike dps or amity as let me give u an eg:making a child draw alphabets in air and sand and dey ve started with phonics to make child know abt sounds....as far as infrastructure isconcerened i think u shld visit de school and shiv nadar foundation in itself speaks a lot abt it.....
