these guys are really miserable. I checked with them before visiting school if admissions are open for class 3rd , where the lady checked with me age of my son and confirmed that they are available on first come first serve basis. But when i reached there @ 9. They easily said one seats are not avialble for 3rd class and my son qualifies for 2nd as per his age..i had very good image abt the school but all went for a toss after yesterdays meeting

Seems as though its like tatkal railway reservation being done with parents standing since 4 am. It's indeed a sad picture to see all this.

Moreover I would say its our fault. It's we parents who gets in the trap and let it happen. Do u really think its the no 1 school in Gurgaon? What's the drama all about? Can't they Follow a better process. The no is no. They want to create a panic rush among us then y wud they. Those ones who have moved their kids out or those who know the picture other side can tell.

It seems as if its not a school admission but fight for admission, very sad on the part of the school of so high standards. Government should intervene in this matter. This country will not progress if the children do not get proper education. Its pathetic........

These schools are taking advantage of the parents. And making parents have a mad rush. its better that admissions are over as i dont want my kid to get admitted to this unethical and unprofessional school, where they can't follow the code of conduct themselves, what culture they will teach my kid......wat ever happens, happens fo r the best................

Really pathetic..I went to Scottish High all the way from Delhi fighting metro rush.. horrible thug autowallahs to see forms of nursery being sold out by 9:30, seems school is running on a whim disregarding all rules.. High time we parents do not fall into such traps and such names. though couldn,t help feeling a pang of disappointment as I returned empty handed..may be just the beginning..

schools routinely flout any rule that is framed and get away with it always. They have an association by the name of Gurgaon progressive shcools association. when the administration issues ultimatum to these schools on various issues this gang terrorises the administration in the name of being private schools managing their own business. it is the parents who are made to look like fools in this melee that results between the administration and the schools. last year the education department of haryana had issued a directive to these schools not to raise the fees beyond a certain amount. but almost all of them went on and raised the fees. the parents do not even come to know of the follow up. once the first quarter fees is paid the parents are left with no recourse but to go ahead and pay teh rest when the time comes. god save the parents from the atrocities of the schools

The whole process is absurd and forces me to wonder what are they going to teach children. Ethics are critical and a school which is low on it is a disgrace to the institution of education.
I am one of those who applied to the school. Got the second last form. But i am not putting my son in it. This has helped me make my decision.

Very good, Mr. Vohra. What these schools are doing is not only against the law but also against the morals and values of a sane society. If our kids are starting out in such an environment, I wonder what kind of people they will become.

We 'submitted' the application for nursery in Scottish High by 9am!!! and still our Son's name is not in the list. There is no response whatsoever from the school. Our numrous calls to this "SO CALLED BEST SCHOOL" went unanswered. When someone finally answered the call she said that our son is in waiting list and hence we were not informed!!! Forget about publishing the list of candidates in their website, they dont even answer your phone call.. When we asked her what is the waiting number she had NO answer and said I dont know.
This school has absolutely rediculous admission process with NO transperency whatsoever!!!
