Thanks Ravi. Can you plz confirm if the birth certificate thy re asking for has o be attested or not?

As per school it should be attested from any gazetted officer or municipal committee, but i have seen few parents who were submitting it without attested as well. Mine was attested.

On form it is required to sign by both the parents, but seen many people (either mother or father) submitting with one sign only and school was allowing it as well.
