In Viswa Bharti school we need to submit the Medical fitness certificate of child from RMO along with form.Is there any specifc format in which schools accept this?

hi,

i went to the site and tried to open the registration form, it did open but i did not get any print option in the form and second they have not mentioned the reg fees anywhere, i did try to find out in this forum and saw that last years it was 1000rs, can you please confirm the same and let me know if i shd download this form or collect it personally from the school tomorrow.
