Good feedback and fee is also reasonable

Only question of doubt is that one of the alumnus (2002 or 2004 passed out not sure) told me that their batch result was 0% as there was no teacher for phy & chem for whole year. 

Otherwise at the first glance everything seems perfectly fine to me and as you said fees is also reasonable
