Sarabjit - as i understand you are comparing nursery in lotus valley to prenursery in dps sec 45. Is the grade a parameter (nursery or pre-nursery) or you are just looking at the school

Sarabjit - just deduct the meal charges and activity fees, they are not applicable from 1st class as far as i know. i think the total fees should come around 6 or 7k per month.

hi Sarabjit, so whatz ur plan are you going to submit DPS fees tomorrow ? my daughter is also selected for pre-nursery. I visited the sec-40, sec-47 schools today... But not sure whether we should go for DPS or not ? as the 11000+ per month fees seems to be high for DPS ?
Plz suggest ur views ?

would it be a good idea to put my child in Shri Ram Global school and continue that for higher classes too? the bigger Sri Ram global school is coming up in Sec 64 from next session. Looking for replies.

My daughter has got admission in prenursery at DPS sec 45. What are the other options for pre-nursery should I evalaute? I am keen on suncity. Does it make sense to let go of the seat and wait for suncity ot should we play it safe and book the seat at DPS? Thoughts would be appreciated

Aarti, but if we book the seat at DPS then we need to pay the whole 1.2L together and i am not sure how much of this is refundable (if later you decide not to go for it). I am also in the same boat as we also selected today and thinking whether we should go for DPS or not ? this much fees is high for DPS and someone recently mentioned in this forum that DPS-45 will take our kid in n around 3rd class, till then the kids will go in sec-47 JR. wing ?
not sure how i should proceed now, shall we opt or not for DPS ? any help will be much appreciated ... thnx.

hi Aarti. even my son got through DPS-45 but i am not interested as i find LVIS better and have already secured the seat. and yes School does keep some amount, rest is refundable. Why dont u ask the school directly. In LV, they would just keep 23k from the 90k payment that v have made if we plan to withdraw till 31st jan. 2013.
No School can keep the entire amount as its against the laws, so its better to crosscheck with the school. And i believe that you should play safe and secure the seat at DPS.

Hi Nidhi,
I too have heard very good reviews about Shri Ram Global Preschool.I visited them and was impressed with their style of approach towards the kids and seemed to have skilled n smart teachers.........
The only apprehension is about its proposed senior school from class 1 to 12 as they seem not to be advertising a lot about the same and i dont know if they r taking admissions for those classes for 2013-14 yet.
Nevertheless,im considering this school too

The did took out an advert in TOI 1 month ago. The junior classes are suppose to be in galleria branch (till KG) and they plan to start will class 1 in 2013 session.
