Hi Vibhor, No specific reasons for Amity as such. Over time, I've realised that I believe my daughter will be happier studying in a Holistic school rather than a Traditional school. My husband say's that i'm over-reacting, but somehow I feel that these kids are too small to go through this much of pressure (academic, physical, psychological etc) at this age.

Shaguna,

AFAIK, Amity is a holistic school which has blended model of conventional and non-conventional teaching methodology. Amity is not at all a conventional school. They have their own curriculum. I have met few parents whose child goes to Amity and they agree with the above. Rest is your choice.

@SK : As of last year they take child for Children Interaction in which only kid is taken, later they call parents along with children for parent interaction where they usually ask 4-5 general questions to the parents and also some basic questions to the child...nothing to be worried...be confident and all the best :)

@Mayank >> If u are talking about Ryan in sector 39 Noida. Forms are available till 25th Sep. 2012 12:00 (as per advt in newspaper)

This might be a very basic question.

What is a holistic school? We say Mayoor, LV, SBS, GIIS etc are holistic schools? I am confused what they do different from well estd. schools such as Amity, Apeejay, DPSN etc, i assume these schools also take care for over all development. If not focussed on overall development then these schools are in no comparison with holisitic schools.

Sumit ji and experts your guidance will help in better understanding.

Dear Sakshi, Dear Bij ji

I had filled for Amity Noida. After the second interaction on 20th, my status online is blank.

Surprisingly, today I got a call from Amity Vasundhara, and they have called me tomorrow morning (giving the explanantion, that as I live in Indirapuram, they are giving a chance here). I am confused as I am not very aware about the rating of Amity Vasundhara.

Also, I have already  blocked a seat in DPS Raj Nagar . Should I rank Amity Vasundhara above this , or not?

Also, does this mean that we have a higher possibility of getting in the second list of Amity Noida (to be declared on 3rd) ??

Please share your opinion.

@Ramesh, Amity vasundhra  which sec ?

As sec 6 is 8-9 yrs old and sec 1 is 2-3 yrs

Did you apply in amity vasundhara also
