All schools in Delhi follow an uniform schedule for issue and submission of application as per DOE instructions. Last 2 years they commenced from Jan 1st. But expected after Nov.

I enquired from VIS, Sector-10, they say they will issue their nursery forms from october ...so really confused...as I'm currently in UK....will come back to delhi in november...so dont want to miss the opportunity.....

Neelu , dont worry Mr Vohra wont let it happen ,last  2 years few small and few big school started and Mr Vohra got it postponed including Mount carmel.

The only problem could arise if their primary wing VIS kids is not under DOE (unrecognised)

I think you are right......on their website they dont have any information regarding this....but when I told my friend to enquire on phone they told him that the forms will come in october only........strange.....

@Lathaa Manavalan: I have also heard that VIS Kids, Sec-10, Dwarka (Nursery wing of Venkateshwar International School) has started giving out Nursery forms. Is it not against DOE rules?
