DPS ROHINI vs. BALBHARTI PITAMPURA
Hi to all...am new to d site....only want to know if a choice is to be made between dps rohini and balbharti pitampura, then which is better? and from what all prospectives it is better?brandwise...study-wise...teacher'sinvolvement-wise...parents-involvement-wise...discipline-wise...etc....

both the schools are best in north delhi with no comparison with each other if ur kid gets thru in any of these schools go for the admission straight away without any second thought rgds amit

but a few months ago, hindustan times ranked bbps as better....

@Sonal, Don't go by surveys but yes BBpp is very good school . But when Mr Baweja (ex principal ) expired 3 years back,things have changes a bit.

As sakshi and others said both are the best and most sought after in rohini pitam pura area though academics are best as it much older than DPS rohini and has a better lot of teachers but you might find teacher student ratio high in BBPS ..
In the end if you get through both of them choose the one which is nearest to your home

DPS follows a Unique pedagogy which is tested and is found to be one of the most successful learning pattern whole over India. I feel in Academics and overall development wise DPS is ahead of Bal Bharti.

one more point.....it is possible for me to shift near vasant kunj as my husband's job is in gurgaon......then should i shift over there and get my son's admission in some school in vasant vihar......is it worth it(as i would be away from my parents and relatives as well as my childhood place)????i mean is it going to make a major difference in my son's academics and personality if he goes to a school like vasant valley or dps rkpuram as compared to a school in north delhi???really a tough decision....

What address proof you have for south delhi ? Yes you have more schools in vsaant kunj/vasant vihar.

i dont have any address proof but probably i can shift later and try for the admission next year or so...... for this year i am already late i think.....but the confusion is that should i think about it and implement it next year or stay in north delhi only....since there will be a lot of efforts involved in shifting....is it worth it.....

Sonal,I think you should block your seat this year and in future if you are not satisfied then you can decide.Studies till 1-2nd class are more or less same in most of the schools.
