CriteriaA.
NOTES:-
1. Children residing within the 7 km radius of the school are eligible to apply.
2. Excluding Discretionary, in all other categories including EWS, 50% of seats will be
allocated to boys and 50% to Girls to ensure no Gender bias.
3. The selection of children from each category ( Other than Discretionary ) will be done
by draw of lots..
4. Check the website on 31.01.2013 after 3pm for dates of lottery for the different
categories.

 THE CHILD SHOULD BE BORN BETWEEN 1.4.2009 TO 31.3.2010

Please visit the school website before filling up the form
to get a detailed information about the school.


Incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.


Tick within the appropriate box.

You must write your WARD'S NAME,FORM NO,Father's
Name,Telephone No(Residence/Mobile) received after
submission of the "online form" at the back of the demand
draft.


Your application will not be processed if the DD is not
received within 4 days of submitting of the form.


School will not be responsible for non-receipt of demand
draft by POST.

Valid documents for the proof of address are
Passport,Election I-Card and Form 16/ITR (Income Tax return
form).

All the fields marked with * are mandatory.


Children residing within the 7 km radius of the school are

CAUTION: DO NOT FILL MORE THAN 1 FORM,ELSE THE CHILD'S
CANDIDATURE WILL GET CANCELLED.

Send a DEMAND DRAFT of Rs 100.00(Non Refundable) in favour

Which browser should only be used for filling the form?
Open the school website in the Internet Explorer only.

How the same form no. is allotted to two people on same computer ?
Please DON’T use BACK Button while filling the form. Close the
Internet Explorer window after filling the form and getting the form
no.

The page has been expired? Why?
Don’t take so much time to fill the form. Please fill it quickly.

What is the key number for correspondence with the school?
For correspondence you have to mention the form no. of your ward,
failing which no reply can be given.

Why is the school website not opening?
It is due to heavy load on the school website as more than 3000 people
are accessing it at the same time.

I have made a mistake in the form, can I fill it again?
Don’t fill multiple forms for a child, otherwise the candidature will be
cancelled.

How can we correct the information filled by us in the form?
Please fill the form carefully as no corrections will be made after
submitting the form. It is advisable to take a print out of the blank
form, fill it manually and then fill it on the computer.

I have filled the form many times but I could not get the form no. Why?

Try filling the form from some other place and at some other time.

Switch off your net connection (router/modem etc.) and connect it
again.

On which address the Draft is to be made?
The draft should be made in the name of Bal Bharati Public School,
Pitampura.

How can we send the draft?
The draft can be sent through the courier or post to the school address.

The draft can be deposited in the drop box at the school gate also.

What is the fee for the Montessori Form?
There are no charges for online submission of the form. The parents
have to make a draft of Rs.100/- as processing charges.

When Bal Bharti, Dwarka, mt. carmelschool, dwarka & dps, dwarka will declare the admission to nursery.

Hi Sonia,

Were you able to download the General Category form (BBPS, Pitampura). Only EWS category form is available.

Rajan, we had given link in the morning , The online form is not activated and its online not downladable form.

In Case of Montfort School for nursery admission

Age :- Children born from 1^st April’10 to 30^th Sept. ‘10 .

My son was born on 23.10.2009 and he is 3+ on 31.03.2013.

I am confused, is he eligible or not?

Yes i agree , there is some confusion as last year it was not the case, sakshi ma'am ur intervention is required here, i could find this on the school site, read the last line imp note carefully. meanwhile i will check from the school.

2. Eligibility :-

preferred.
3. Transport: The school does not provide transport facility.
(Private taxies are available)
4. Admission to Montfort Nursery School does not mean
automatic transfer of students to Montfort School,
Ashok Vihar, Delhi – 110 052.
