c) Proof of Residence
d) Divorce / Death certificate of spouse for single parent.
e) Report card of Elder child in case of sibling.
f) Transfer certificate in transfer case.
g) Passport size photograph of child, father, mother (one each)
Admission Test:
The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test (for class II onwards), which may be written or oral as laid down by the School for different levels. The test will be held for English, Hindi, Mathematics and/or any other subject which may be considered necessary.
(A) The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child's performance in the test/ interview and availability of seats in the concerned class. Special consideration is made for Deposits.
(B) Assessment of the child for admission is also based on the following factors:
- Academic readiness and motivation.
- Social and emotional development.
- Family co-operation in working with the school and meeting the needs of the students.
- Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child.
(C) The date of the result of the interview & the last date for the submission of fee will be specified at the time of the test/interview.
(D) Based on the admission test and other criteria, the School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission to class for which he/she is eligible.
Admission:
(A) The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be displayed on the notice board.
(B) Students offered admission must complete the following formalities before joining, or the offer will stand cancelled and the seat will be passed on to the next student in the 'Waiting List'.
- Submission of the evidence of date of birth if not yet given.
- Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to present class.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, which should be a recognized school, affiliated to the All India Board or a State Board of Education. Transfer Certificates have to be signed by DEO if transferred from other states.
- A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination/ immunization etc. as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
(C) - Passport size Photographs. (One each i.e. child, father & mother.)

- Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card / Voter's ID / Passport).

The children are generally admitted in Nursery when they are in the age group of 3+ years as on 01st April, 2013. The Registration for admission to this class is opened in the month of January every year.

The admission to all other classes depends upon the availability of seats every year and Registration is also opened at that time.

On the bases of the details mentioned in your e-registration form the candidate will be selected on the bases of the following criterion:

The 1st list of students selected for admission will be displayed on 17th January 2013. After your child is selected you will be sent intimation to your e-mail address and your status will show “SELECTED FOR ADMISSION”. You are then supposed to complete the formalities of admission to confirm your seat.

In case, your child is not selected in 1st list you should wait for the next list to be out. The information for which shall be given online.

Admission Procedure

You can apply personally at school reception or can apply online as well.

Advantages of applying online:

By registering online through e-registration, your application details will reach us instantly. You only have to send a printed version of the registration form along with the enclosures to “THE ADMISSION INCHARGE, BAL BHAVAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, SECTOR 12, DWARKA, DELHI-110075” on or before 15th January, 2013.

A receipt of the acknowledgement will be sent to your e-mail ID as provided by you while registering online.

You can view the status of your registration by using your online registration number. e-registration will also prompt you if you omit any of the mandatory fields, thus minimizing the chances of your registration getting rejected.

Points to remember:

  1. All the candidates should register themselves between 01st January, 2013 to 15th January, 2013.
  2. All the registration forms along with necessary documents should reach school latest by 15th, January, 2013, 4.00 PM.
  3. A print of the registration form submitted online along with all the documents and registration fee RS 25/- (in Cash only) should be dispatched in an envelope highlighting the Name of the Candidate, Class for which admission is sought and the registration number provided by e-registration.
  4. You can Drop-in the registration form at school reception personally or Send by Post/Courier.
  5. Incomplete registration forms or forms without supporting documents will be rejected.
  6. Registration is no guarantee for Admission.
  7. All documents should be attested by a gazetted officer.

Important Dates:

  1. COMMON FOR ALL (NUR.): 01st January 2013: Registration for admission open; 15th January 2013: Last date to submit the registration form
  2. FOR PRE-SCHOOL / PRE-PRIMARY (NUR. / K.G.): 17th January 2013: Declaration of 1st List of Candidates selected under General Category and Waiting List.

(NOTE: Dates for 2nd and 3rd list will be declared later.)

Prerequisite for applying online:

  • You first need access to a computer with a printer.
  • You need to have an authentic e-mail id for further correspondence.
  • Keep ready with you attested photocopy of the following documents.
  1. Attested photocopy of Date of Birth of the Child.
  2. Latest Original Medical Certificate of the Child duly signed by the parent.
  3. Blood Group of the child (from the renowned pathology lab)
  4. Attested photocopy of Residence Proof (Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Telephone bill etc.)
  5. Post card photograph of the parent along with the child in center.
  6. Proof of Sibling (Wherever applicable)
  7. Affidavit of Single Child (Wherever applicable)
  8. Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (Wherever applicable)
  9. Attested photocopy of Income Certificate from SDM in case of EWS Quota
  10. Attested photocopy of Ration Card (BPL Card) in case of EWS Quota
  11. Attested photocopy of Disadvantage Group Certificate in case of EWS Quota

mam my place is just 8.2 km from shlcon inte but is not included in list. what r d chances that my only boy will get admission in this school. can any one give me idea about the final cut off of this school. kindly tell me about management quota also

Forms costs Rs 25 but school force you to buy the prospectus ranging from Rs 100 -800

Forms can be attested By Gazzeted officer .self (school specific)
