It is still no clear whether the supporting documents, like BC/Add. Proof/Affi etc. are to be submitted along with the hard copy of the admission form while submitting at the school whether online/offline OR when the name of child appears on the school list and school ask for document verification..???

Attested copies of BC, Residence proof along with affidavit has to submitted along with application form. After online registration you may be asked to submit the documents and few schools go for document verification before the list. Schools may come up with first list on or before 15th Feb 2013.
