Admission Formalities
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (GENERAL CATEGORY)
1. In case of incomplete form, incorrect /false information / document, the form will be
rejected without any correspondence in this regard.
2. Final Admission Formalities: Final admission is subject to verification of the following
documents to be produced in ORIGINAL.
Date of Birth Certificate issued by M.C.D.
Proof of residence.
Proof of Alumni (AISSCE Certificate)
Proof of Sibling (Fee receipt)
Proof of First/Second/Third Born (Affidavit – notarized on a stamp paper)
3. (a) Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is / are correct and
they understand that if the information is found to be incorrect or false, their ward
shall be automatically debarred from selection / admission without any
correspondence in this regard.
(b) Parents also understand that the application / registration / short listing do not
guarantee admission to their ward.
(c) Parents accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and
they will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities.
4. Transport facility will only be provided on existing school bus routes. School buses will
only ply on arterial roads and main roads. -

Notification No.15(172) /DE /Act /2010 /69 dated 07-01-2011 and subsequent orders. 30 The candidates applying under E.W.S. category, Disadvantaged group and Orphans shall be selected keeping in view the guidelines contained in DOE circular No. F.15(110)/DE/ACT/2011/7563-74 dated 13.02.2012, DOE circular No. 2393-2004 dated 04.06.2012 and Notification No. F.15(172)/DE/ACT/2010/4926-40 dated 17.10.2012. The draw if required shall be carried out in the presence of the nominee of the Directorate of Education.- Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS & Disadvantaged Group / Orphans residing within 1 km of the school.
- In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 km of the school shall be admitted.

Registration forms shall be available at the reception of the school on all working days from Tuesday, 1st January 2013 to Tuesday, 15th January 2013 between 08:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. on payment of Rs. 25/- only. However, the Common Application Form for E.W.S category, Disadvantaged group and Orphans shall be available free of cost.
The filled in forms should be deposited in the office of the school by 15th January, 2013 upto 15:00 hrs.
The filled in Registration Form should be attached with the self attested photocopies of the documents as specified in the Govt. order.
For the forms downloaded from Internet, for the convenience of parents the said payment will also be accepted at the time of submission of the Physical Registration Forms along with the other necessary documents.
