EWS CATEGORY ADMISSIONS

The 25% of the seats as per the total new admissions at entry level are reserved for children of the EWS/Disadvantage Category. The applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Govt. of Delhi can obtain the registration form as per below:

Note: Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and/or supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration.

Admission under EWS category will be made through draw of lots in the presence of the parents and official deputed by Directorate of Education in the 3^rd or 4^th week of January 2013. Specific date and time will be informed as per the confirmations of Directorate of Education.

Hi, My son DOB is 18 Jan 2009. Can I go for admission in Nur or KG which is applicable for his age. Also please suggest me N.C. Jindal Public School, Hansraj, Manavsthali, Faith Academy, Rich Harvest, VEd Vyas which is the best school for him. Pls. do help me in taking the necessary step. I am residing in Ramesh Nagar, West Delhi

You should go for KG admission. Since govt. has not set the upper age limit you can try for nursery too. Try in all those schools.

Important Instructions

The self attested / attested copies of the following documents are required to be submitted along with the duly filled and signed registration form:

Date of Birth Certificate of child
Any proof of residential address (Voter I.D. Card / Ration Card/ Latest paid electricity/mtnl bill / passport). In case of rental accommodation valid Rent Agreement and an affidavit on stamp paper to be submitted. School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visit.
In case of sibling the school I-Card or last paid fee receipt
In case of child with special need – Certificate of disability issued by competent authority.
Self certification of parents with regard to first born child.
Medical fitness certificate / vaccination/immunization card of the child issued by Medical Officer.
In case of single parent a valid/legal proof of his/her single status.
Alumni Proof : Passing Certificate / Mark Sheet of the DAV Institute
Proofs of Educational Qualification of parents (It will not form a part of admission criteria. It will be used only for school data processing).
