(A) For ONLINE Registration Form
6A.1 Arrange pay order/Draft drawn in favour of DPS, Dwarka.
6A.2 Mention the details of Draft/pay order in the Registration Form
6A.3 Quote the Registration No. on the back of the draft/pay order
6A.4 Dispatch the draft to DPS, Dwarka Sector – 3 Phase 1 Dwarka New Delhi – 110078 by Registered post. So Only DD will be sufficient.

thanks lathaa mam..can u tell me about bal bharti rohini nad pitampura..?? whether only DD is sufficient..??

For Rohini only DD and filled in forms

You will need to deposit the print out of the filled application form at school gate.

* Last day of depositing the Confirmation is January 16th, 2013. The same will not be processed if it is not received by January 16th, 2013 at 14:00 Hrs.

* A Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) is to be made in favour of Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini.

* Please ensure that the Father’s Name, Child’s Name, Mobile Number and the Registration Number are mentioned at the back side of Pay Order/Demand Draft.

WAT ABOUT BAL BHARTI PITAMPURA LATHAA JI...THE SAME JUST dd AND FILLED FORM..?? SO DOCUMENTS WE REQUIRE TO SHOW THEM LATER AT THE TIME OF ADDMISSION ONLY..??

DD should reach within 4 days of submitting the form.
