The registration and admissions (after verifications of documents) will be given to the candidates as per the notifications and other relevant orders issued by the Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Education Department) Old Sec. Delhi-54 or any other competent authority as applicable in the present academic year.

* The Directorate of Education has devised a Common Admission Form for admission under Economically Weaker Section & Dis- advantaged Group category and the same is uploaded on the official website of Directorate Of Education i.e. www.edudel.nic.in for the benefit of the school as well as the children. The same form will be applicable for EWS Category in our school.

Note :

In pursuance to notifications / orders issued by the Directorate of Education Govt. of NCT of Delhi and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi regarding admission of EWS Category solely on the basis of distance from the school. As per the directions of Directorate of Education vide order no. 2393-2004 dated 04-06-2012, there are 100 seats for fresh admission for general category. Seats reserved for the candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section and disadvantaged groups of the society are 25% of fresh admission i.e. 25 Seats. Withdrawal From School

Written notice of one calendar month must be given to withdraw a student from the school or a month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice. Security money will have to be claimed within one month of the withdrawal of the child from the school otherwise it will be forfeited.

ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR PRE. PRIMARY TO IX CLASS FOR THE SESSION 2013-14

Admission done strictly on the basis of number of seats available. An oral interaction will be conducted with the child. Written assessment will be conducted for classes II to IX on the basis of the prescribed syllabus for the admission to that particular class. Until it appeared in the HT list of best schools in north delhi, not many had even heard of this school.

To put it simply, it is an above average school at best. I would surely apply for it, but it would not be my most sought after school.

Admission Criteria of BGS International School Dwarka has been changed after Mr.Sumit Vohra highlighted their 70 point scale criteria.
