Documents for "K R Manglam, Paschim Vihar"

Hi Parents,
Can anyone please let me know the documents to be submitted along with the admission form for K R Manglam. As far as I know the admission process is handled by their Vikas Puri Branch and the form is to be collected & deposited there only.

I am planning to go to K R Manglam, Vikas Puri tomorrow and will fill up the form there only.

So an early response will be very much appreciated.

Birth certificate, proof of residence, first child affidavit is what i had given that i can recall

Yes, it's self attested photocopies of birth certificate, residence proof and first child affidavit plus photograph of child, father and mother

Thanks Manish and Alka. The main branch of K R Manglam, i.e Vikas Puri is very far off from my place (Pitampura) so I have dropped the idea of applying there though Paschim Vihar is comparatively nearer.
