SURYA HANDA RECOMMENDATIONS !!!

I suggest the following :-

(1) Make a Government Website & ask all parents to visit that website & fill forms for their wards & also fill 40-50 schools @ a nominal fees payable to govt OR/AND Also have a place to fill if any parents cant do it online. Then distribute this fees @25 only to schools. Rs.5 per student can be added as govt's processing charges. If anyone wants to fill more than 40-50 schools then charge them at 100 or 200 per school & keep that extra fund for the benefit of RTE or CHILDREN'S FUND or Whatever & pay @25 only to the school.

(2) Govt itself conducts lottery for each school individually. i.e., lottery should be Mutually Exclusive.

(3) Only two lists viz., EWS & General only shall be there. (as per spirit of RTE)

(4) Govt itself should collect the fees & then pay to school to get away with donations. If on visiting any school any child is stopped for want of donation then school's management must be cancelled on 3 or more complaints or as the govt deems fit. To take care of interests of other per-existing students in the school, govt must have talks with some big philanthropist business houses or philanthropist societies to be ready to handle schools or better form a parent-teacher society who can handle or any other way which the parents-teachers-govt community suggests.

Thanks @Shiv, @Atur, Latha, @Pawan & @All Parents

As pawan asked for neighbourhood, I suggest that the system must be free like IIM's exams as someone said, I personally believe even 0 km should not be allowed because once a loophole is allowed that becomes the basis for donation or many other backdoor entry schemes.

Let it be 100% free like IIM Exams & give the responsibility to TCS or other transparent agency. If HC is listening who is about to give verdict today in morning. I request them to implement something foolproof from today itself & that too FOR THIS ACADEMIC SESSION of 3+ whose parents already filled forms & are in a fix.

I DONT HAVE FAITH IN GOVT. AS MANY INSTANCES HAS OCCURED WHERE GOVT.has failed to execute .most govt. projects are delayed. people likes to find way to earn some money .

There are corrupt people. NO justice expected from govt.

YES, some good NGO , consulting firms can take this assignment well and draw need to be conducted preferably on SUNDAY so that parents can attend the draw , company should be in position to provide evidence that the draw is conducted fairly.

I also feel that Govt has lost its worth to be trusted. I suggest a community involving govt, private house, parents must be a part of the committee

as suggested by SURYA HANDA RECOMMENDATIONS !!!

And then the system must be fully computerised & such computer should not be able to be fooled by anyone i.e., like a fair lottery.

YES , mam parents concern is very true.

SEE, There are lot of complaints againt the schools. Govt. should have made such strict rules and regulation such that no school can ask money or take bribe from anyone. if DOE has given guidelines why dont they had made the perfect system so that all get benefited with fair admissions.

If govt. is regulating the functioning and recognization of the schools then it should have made such policies to handle the effective admission systems.

SCHOOLS NOT FOLLOWING SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHLIGHTED and DERECOGNIZED, SINCE IT IMPACTS THEIR NAME AND FAME.

I AM NOT SURE WHO IS THE CULPRIT : GOVT ALONGWITH SCHOOLS OR ONLY SCHOOLS????
