   With respect I bay to say that I am employee of Delhi government belong to SC/ST category and the flat allotted to me in area of Netajinagar New Delhi. . As per circular (Circular no. For.DE/15/ACT-1/2013/6621-28 dated: 22/01/2013) admission shall first be offer within 1 KM of specific school in EWS category. In EWS Two group are exist 1. Economical weaker section and 2.disadvantage group (ST/SC/minority). This circular harass EWS (disadvantage group -ST/SC) because no of children very less (none) for admission within 1 KM of specific school. All the EWS seat are fill-up by the Economical weaker section group(general). The number of candidate much more than available seat within 1 km in Economical weaker section group (general). All the school are consider for draw within 1 km. , So no chance to 2nd offer (3 km) and 3rd offer (6 km). Its means the children beyond 1 km has not got admission in any school .this is harass the sc/st candidate.  We are able to provide own transport facility to our children. This circular is correct for economical weaker section but harass for disadvantage group (ST/SC)

            Therefor I requested that please write to director of education for this matter for consider distance wise criteria for disadvantage group children to as per general category student, not to be as economically weaker section. admission shall first be offer within 6 KM of specific schoo in disadvantage group (ST/SC).
