Shri Amit Singla(Director Education)-Urgent~Schools taking advantage of circumstances/confusion created before the Hon' High Court Verdict and Exploiting parents over fees /fee submission in cash with no refund (Schools going against DOE fee refund policy-Now i have proof that is posted on prestigious school's websites)

Please refer to my letter dated 15 Jan regarding modification in fee refund policy (as i had anticipated some schools will exploit parents from previous 5 years exp)

As we are getting 100 of complaints that many schools are asking for donation openly and many schools are verbally saying they will refund the fee BUT they are giving in writing that no refund or Rs 500 refund only and not giving receipt of the complete fees or giving receipt of partial fees.

Some ESTABLISHED schools are saying whoever DEPOSITS THE FEES FIRST WILL GET THE SEAT... AFTER PUBLISHING THE LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES on their website( Sir .. do we have any first come first serve policy in any type of Eng /Medical/ School examination ?) just to take advantage of parents anxiety before the verdict. ( have documentary evidence but will send you if you require else as it is in HTML..it will be removed from their website WHICH IS NOT IN PDF FORMAT BUT I HAVE TAKEN THE SCREEN SHOTS after this complaint is made public to parents.

Now coming back to my point TAGORE INTERNATIONAL VASANT VIHAR BRANCH HAS POSTED ON ITS WEBSITE THAT ALL THE FEES NEED TO SUBMITTED IN CASH AND NO REFUND of the fees (even if you withdraw your ward very next day and TAGORE INTERNATIONAL EOK IS ASKING FOR ALL FEES IN CASH BUT HAS NOT MENTIONIED anything about fee refund.

Please find herewith attached pdf file of both.Hope you will take action at the earliest and issue notification for all the erring schools soon as these 2 schools are not doing this but many schools are doing the same ..the only difference is they are not publishing on their website.

Sir parents are scared to post on DOE website as the future of their ward is at stake.. if you wish i can give of at least 50-100 complaints posted on my AdmissionsNursery.com website against erring schools but i need to remove the name of parents but will validate the news and take the responsibility MYSELF.

Dear Sakshi,

I have been thru the same situation as my ward name listed out in LADY IRWIN SCHOOL, Defence Colony, the same problem occured, they have clearly mentioned in the application form that there will be no refund of fee once deposited. In case I got admission in some other schools how will take this money back from them. The total deposit of Rs. 23000/- . Moreover, they listed out the selected list of children and the last date of the fee deposit is 11/02/2013 whereas other schools are disclosing last list of selected childeren on 15/02/2013.

Are they not doing business? Are they not avoiding the rules of HC and DoE? What should I do? Please help and suggest. Please do not disclose my name. XYZ.

Indian Heights Dwarka accepting all 50k (toward admission fee and 1st qtr fee) in CASH only. Receipt given only for 30k. Balance 20K (towards so called 'Activity fees') is non refundable and no receipt given. FOr the 30k where receipt is given the refund (after deducting around 10k) is possible only within 7 days of payment. Parents need to sign affidavit on the same at time of admission. CLEAR VIOLATION OF DOE GUIELINES.
