Spiralling fee hike by mushooming schools with International tag have made it a business to mint money rather than providing satisfactory quality of education or development of child. Parents who run back of elite schools shell out their hard earned money as hefty donation to get a good future of their little ones but the positive outcomes of such schools is very low. So Government should come up with fee regulation Act and check out if quality of education really match their sky rocketing fees.
if schools take back door entry all parents want his child to be in a good school if they can afford donations, parents like us r stuck in middle who can afford good education but oppose donations. We don't get admission anywhere and at last have to go management way!! pathetic education system in India and our judicial s says education rite is from 6 to 14 yrs, then i think in nursery shud be more nd more seats in all schools.
Very true... Most of the schools have called parents before releasing the list and asked for money so that their name appear in the list. The biggest example is VGS, ROHINI.
ya its right madam ekta batra, even still i didnot understand hw our govt plays roll, hw this high court released decision. in one way highcourt said rte doesnot apply on pre school or below 6 yr child so private schools can make their own criteria. on another way rte frame ews children's nursery admission criteria. then hw rte does not apply for nursery admission. and even the schools also follow the instruction of rte as the ews candidates are getting selected only through neighbourhood criteria. i think govt is anyway running against the general or common people.
RTE right to Education applies to 6 to 14 yrs of students, then RTD right to donation should be applied for all nursery admissions or RTI right to be Interviewed for nursery admission couz points does not satisfy the criteria for parents with distance and first born boy child. hey ll not be dere in any list any year.
Dwarka International School asked for Rs.40,000/- in cash for admission apart from the fees of rs.30,000/-
Have u got admitted ur child there or not????
My daughter's name is in waiting list-4 in springdales school, Dhaulan Kuan. Should i wait for the 2nd admission list or go for mgmt seat. Plz suggest.
Sakshi mam your response plz.
education is very expensive and tensed situation now a days, Neither we have sufficient schools not sufficient seats, thats why this management seats come.
i am surprised people pays 6-10 lacs to get admn in Modern/ DPS and they feel it is one time investment for the child..
