Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools

I had paid Indian Heights,Dwarka Rs 50,900 on 15/02/13 for admission of my son to Nursery. This included all charges(admission, activity, tuition etc).We were made to sign an affidavit stating that tuition fees of Rs 4200 +admission fee of Rs 200 will only be deducted if application for refund of fees is done within a week.

My son got through in DPS Dwarka 2nd list on 17/02/13.

We gave an application on 20/02/13 to Indian Heights asking for the refund for the same.

Indian Heights on 2/03/13 calls us up and hands over Rs 26800 by chq. and cash of Rs 4200/

We refused to accept the same and stated that the affidavit says some other terms and conditions.

The school refused to return the additional Rs 15,000/.

We have refused to accept the said amount and left the school premises.

I request Ms Saakshi,Mr Vohra and each and every concerned parent to guide me hoe to receive back the said amount.

The school has no right to do this... when they have legal documents stating that they wud only deduct 1 month tution fees and admission fees.... this is cheating .... the school has to pay...

Yes,Only way is suggested by Lathaaji and Kaushik Das.

This is absolutely pathetic . I mean here we are completely trying to display education is money . Taking away the meaning and purpose of the education . This kind of phenomenol digusted act of steeling away  money for imparting knowledge to little petals is an act of creating a mess of  the education society  . Such malpractices should be totally curbed and there should be a strict legal action against such practices .
