Hello Parents,

Photo of my daughter Sofia boarding G.D. Goenka Public School bus this morning on her first day in Nursery class. Was surprised to notice her confidence, I think because of one year of play school. So, the transition from a play school towards formal school became easy, with no cries, no tears and no tantrums. She expressed excitement towards wearing a new school uniform.

Happy that GD Goenka has 22 students in her section and two teachers which will result in better individual attention and we as parents can try and play our role as per feedback received during PTMs.

Though not confirmed but healthy meal is also served from Nursery to class II, which is again a positive practise. My child mentioned the meal she ate today alongwith other students.

Sofia is wonderful and looking smart! Appreciative feedback from your side too. As you said few play schools play a vital role in early learning and a good environment can help children learn happily.

Shambhavi's first day at school. everything went smoothly. I was so worried but thank god woke up @ 6 am. prepared her tiffin box, breakfast and the magic she finished her bread toast and milk.

She seemed comfortable with her cab mates. We sent her in the cab and followed her till school, since we wanted to check the driver and  his driving. there are 5 kids in the eeco van and all are primary kids. so no problem from one angle.

Geeti,Shambhavi is looking like a Doll and waiting curiously for school bus .it seems she was very eager to attend the school :)

My daughter Dhruvi's first day in her formal school.. St Thomas... I was very apprehensive... But thankfully, she came out with a smile....

Abhilasha, There has been total change in attitude of kids.4-5 years back we used to see kids nervous/crying but Dhruvi is looking so Preety and Happy in different pics :)
