Correct age for Nursery admission

Hi,

My son was born on 5 Feb. 2011. I would like to know what is the correct age of nursery admission - 3+ or 4+. Also, which schools in East Delhi accept 4+ kids for nursery?

3 years on 31 march for Nursery (uniform for Delhi)

Upper cut off school specific , Ahlcon public took 4 years for nursery but things might change this year and uniform upper cut off age expected.
