I have deposited the fees in VIS 10. Rs. 20100 + transport in cheque and Rs. 35000 in cash in the name of developement chares.They have not given any receipt for cash as well as cheque. They have taken cheque in the date 2 feb, 2010. on confirming about the cancellation procedure they said that if you cancel before 30 jan 2010 then full refund otherwise after that one month fee will be deducted. They are just making fool of us as no parent will go for refund before 30 jan 2010 as list of other schools will be displayed after Feb 1, 2010. This results in deduction of one month fee defiantly.
VIS 10 is violating rules of DOE one after the other some strict action is required to be taken against them.

apeejay saket and sheikh sarai both have 14 th jan as their last date for depositing fee and till 31st jan if you withdraw the admission, no fee will be deducted but after that they will deduct some percentage...obviously nobody will withdraw before that as most of the schools are declaring their result on 1st feb....nice way to earn money

Both these schools are not transparent about their point system. They have one area "Representative Affirmative Criteria" which is the gray area. Sumitji please raise this issue also, on what basis they are giving out points here.

Apeejay School Pitampura
The point system of this school is not transparent. It was informed orally when specifically enquired. A student of school who was the representative for facilitation of Admission Process informed the points criteria.
The school does not provide any conveyance and transport facility and if the parents are providing safe transportation and undertaking its responsibility then what is the basis of allocating points for Distance. Why forms were sold to parents who are living beyond 8 KM area when they were giving a specific area code at time of giving Registration No
Why the Grand Parents details were required for the admission of a child who is just 3 years old. Were there any points for it. School should have clarified.
A very Unique Criteria was informed for the REPRESENTATIVE AFFIRMATIVE CRITERIA for which 35 points were allocated. No one in the school could elaborate on it even when enquired. School did not specified what is their priority.... Qualifiaction of parents, Profession of parents, Understanding on parenting etc....
The school has not been transparent in declaring the results as no list of all selected parents has been displayed at website or school. A parent is allowed to see only his results....
No School in entire delhi has given any point to children living in a joint family with their grand parents and Maternal or paternal uncles. Is this the promotion of Indian Culture in society. Why do we then creep about respect for Senior Citizens in Society... We ourselve do not promote the indian heritage and have self contradictory systems.
The school of delhi have by and large shunned the Business Class. They (Businessman) provide employment to all professionals and no one can deny their contribution to Tax Revenues of Govt. But we want them to pay a price for this nursery seat also and then complain about the increase of corruption in country......
Can some real life challenge not be more than a national achievement ... Where do schools measure that. An individual who may have fought against all odds of life to reach this level of having a family?

Apeejay Sheikh Sarai is only considering qualification or achievemnet of parents on National / State Level but they are not willing to take into account a STATE Level / National Level Achievemnet done by 3 year old Child....What Rubbish....Are we seeking admission for ourselve or for our kids..
If the school is granting admission to Kids then they must take into consideration their achievemnets and not parents

Amity International School Saket has been asking for credit card payments for registration. If some one
did not have a credit card, he cannot hope even for registration. There is no transparency about the points
system in this so called "best school" of South Delhi. The staff in this school uses terms like "horses" and
"donkeys" for the small kids. What they are going to teach to the kids? . This school is meant only for the
elite class.

The school like AMITY SAKET HAVE NOT DISCLOSED THE POINT GIVEN TO THE CHILD AND ON WHAT BASIOS HE / SHE HAS BEEN REJECTED.
SIMILARLY THE POINT SYSTEM OF APJ SAKET AND PUSHP VIHAR IS VERY FISHY. THE HAVE GIVEN 35 PIONTS FOR SCHOOL DISCREATION WHICH THEY HAVE ALLOCATED ON WHAT BASIS IS A QUESTION MARK.

when two parents in venteshwara internation school sector (vis sector -10) have equal points 65 how they give admission to one and not to other .when Mr vohra got interactions stopped there ,then on what grounds can they rejact as they are following only poin system (they told all the parents who went for interaction)
we feel like beggars at mercy of schools

This school is charging Rs 400 as "online processiing" charges. For over 1000 applicants, how much
money this school is extracting from the parents. "No Transportation for any class". This is the principle
of this school despite so many school cabs available
