Dear Manish Bhatia, No comparison for MVN Sec-17. 2nd choice DPS. 3rd choice Apeejay. If pressurising for MVN Aravali, leave it and go for DPS>APJ.

I want to which one is better DPS sector 19 or Manav rachna sec 14, i have already paid fees in MR now my daughter is selected in DPS draw also,Now i m in confused state what to do.

Below is the HT ranking of Faridabad Schools 2013. Both of them are featuring in top 5 schools.

MVN put lot and lot of pressure on students academic wise. There exists great competitions between DPS and MVN. In DPS no pressure at all. I prefer DPS over MVN.

I also vote for DPS over MVN as it is not necessary to make child slog in the early years. Early years are meant for learning by exploring. However later maybe they need to be streamlined in their respective interest to face competitions.

@ Aarti

Conducting a transparent draw gives equal opportunity to all.

I do not understand all the fuss about MVN putting lot of pressure on academics. If you want success in compettive exam is there any shortcut ?

@ gouri...it depends on parents..some parents favour academics other favour overall development....its usually said that mvn start putting academic pressure quite early i.e in Nursery or class 1 which academicians don'tadvise

@ Gouri Saha

Continual Stress will bring your IQ leveldown. “Brains under chronic stress will have trouble learning new things and committing new material to memory.”

My twins are going to MVN future genius and i dont think there is anything like acedemic pressure and all. I find a lot of improvement in them, in terms of communication and other activites.

thats fine but how come seats reduced to 122 instead of around 240 last year. My frnd's daughter is in DPS Nursery In section G. He told that each section has around 35 students.

This means Total Seats in Nursery = 35 x 7 = 245 ( Approx.)

what abt pre nursury students ,they also moves to next level thats why i think so 122 seats only open.
